Unlike the elaborate STEP routines that have evolved over the years, Group Step is what step used to be – an achievable, motivating program to boost people’s fitness level into high gear.

Group Step is a compelling cardio workout that strengthens and shapes the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility … what more could you ask for?  Group Step combines simple-to-follow moves and a great mix of energetic music.
