If your goal is weight loss and you've been looking for support, we have the answer. Weight Watchers is now at our Poughkeepsie Club!

Meetings offer great information on eating right and living healthy. Their new Points Plus Program has incorporated a fitness goal, something we're particularly excited about.

DATE: Every Saturday

TIME: 7:30 a.m. weigh in; 8 a.m. meeting

LOCATION: Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Center in Poughkeepsie

You do not have to be a member of the gym to participate in the meetings!

Meetings will be led by Erica Woolley, a fitness trainer and group exercise instructor here at Mike Arteaga's.

Erica started Weight Watchers in 2009 and reached her Weight Watchers Lifetime goal in 2010. In 2011, Erica became a Weight Watchers Leader and is very excited to bring her excitement for the Weight Watchers plan and her continued enthusiasm for exercise to Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Centers.
