Becky joined the Mike Arteaga’s fitness team in 2005, as a circuit trainer. From there, she has continued to grow and learn as much as she can about the fitness industry.
Becky is a certified personal trainer through the national council of strength and fitness. She teaches Step Strong, Group Groove, Zumba and also works with people in our MedX healthy back and neck program. She also completed the pals for life weight training program for breast cancer survivors.
Becky understands how difficult it is to even walk through the doors of a fitness club. She works hard to make everyone feel comfortable at the club. Becky considers herself an educator, motivator, and cheerleader when she is working at the club. She wants people to see their full potential and start to incorporate exercise and movement into their daily lives. Becky will help you reach your goals, take control of your workouts, feel better and get healthier.
