Clarence is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, and has a college education in Exercise Science. He has also completed the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s training program. Clarence started his love affair with training as a competitive mountain Biker, and later became a Nationally Ranked competitive Strongman. Clarence has worked at Mike Arteagas’s for two years. He is a circuit trainer, teaches TRX, and is a certified Group Ride instructor.

When Clarence is not in the gym working or working-out, he is working as Hot Air Balloon crew, volunteering with a local youth group and spending time with his wife and son.
