Set to uplifting music, Group Centergy is a natural stress reliever and an excellent form of preventative medicine.  After just one experience of centering and enjoying the movements, Group Centergy participants will notice straighter posture, an increase in strength and flexibility and a greater sense of peace.

Group Centergy is truly for everyone, removing barriers of age, gender and fitness background. The nature of the program makes it easy for everyone to achieve success, master techniques over time and return for more.  The program’s flexibility, core stability, full-body training and conscious breathing components, when adapted to other activities, make those activities more fluid, effective, enjoyable and balanced.
