From the heavyweights who brought you Group Power™, Group Kick™ is the workout that will Kick Some… This energetic group fitness program stimulates the body and empowers the mind.

Participants can expect to see improvements in strength, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Group Kick is an extremely versatile program.  The workout intensity can be self-regulated by participants by simply increasing or decreasing the range and acceleration of movements.  Instructors are given strict guidelines for safe, maximum kicking heights and striking extensions.  By adjusting intensity to their physical ability, participants will achieve a safe, effective workout. Through a motivating routine, Group Kick shapes and tones through a series of moves, including punches, jabs, elbows, uppercuts, blocks, front kicks, back kicks and side kicks.  

"With the increasing popularity of martial-arts based workouts, Group Kick’s innovative program combines great music with high-energy, self-defense movements that target all the major muscle groups of the body.  This program is popular because of its ability to fight fat and burn calories.  In addition, women particularly like the program because of the sense of empowerment it offers," explains Mike Arteaga.
