Marianne is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a certified group exercise instructor with MOSSA. She currently teaches Group Power, Group Centergy and Aqua Fitness. Marianne has also completed training in TRX and the PALS for life weight training program for breast cancer survivors.
Marianne is a firm believer in the many benefits of exercise and specializes in functional and strength training. Need to break through a plateau, learn some new techniques or just have some fun? Train with Marianne! Whether it’s gardening, sports or playing with the kids, Marianne wants to help you stay strong and healthy so you can do all the things you love. Marianne enjoys hiking, dancing and is a black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate.
