Michelle was a long time member of Mike Arteaga’s and became an employee over 2 years ago when she became a certified Group Blast instructor. Shortly after, she became a trainer on the Medx Circuit motivating members to push through one more repetition while using correct form.
Michelle, who helps manage our Fitness Department, is also a technician in our Medx Healthy Back and Neck Program, a certified Group Active instructor and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
Michelle wants to make members feel comfortable in a gym environment all while achieving their fitness goals. She would like everyone to incorporate exercise into their daily life in order to maintain a healthy quality of life. Exercise is not only necessary for your physical well being but also your mental well being. After a bad day or dealing with a stressful situation, exercise is the best medicine. Michelle’s favorite quote about exercise is “You’re only one workout away from a good mood.” When she’s not at the club working or working out, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family.
